Owen Bement is a Maryland labor and employment attorney who represents employees in their workplace legal disputes. Owen represents Maryland employees in disputes over bonuses, commissions, overtime, tips and other wages, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, and Family Medical Leave Act violations. He represents clients in state and federal courts, administrative appeals, arbitrations, and investigations. He advises clients on severance contracts and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Owen serves clients from any and all professions and industries, including sales, executive leadership, healthcare, public safety, and the federal workforce. He also represents labor unions and their members.
